Reps

    During my time here I have received plenty of reps,both green and red. This week is no exception and I received 4 reps in all. However these new reps are colorless,neither green nor red. Plus my point total has not moved and has remained the same.
    What does a neutral colored rep indicate?
    All 4 reps are complimentary in nature and I would have assumed that they ought to have been green.

    The people giving them didn't have enough "rep power" to pass on positive/negative rep to you.

    They must be from sections where rep value are very less like General chat section and given by a new member who is not having much reps. ;)

    Yeah, I think rep does not pass any value on posts in religion and politics, for example? (Or at one point I believe it did not?)

    The 4 reps I received this week were from posts that I made in "General Marketing" and "General Business". But the members who gave them to me were all new members, so perhaps had little or no rep power.
    This explains it so thanks for the responses.
