    How do I set it up to see how many clicks a particular site gets. It only shows overall clicks for my account but I'd like to see how many clicks a particular affiliate link is getting clicked.

    Run Reports > Performance Reports > then play with this:

    [​IMG]

    You'll get a listing of each site you've got listed in your CJ account, along with clicks/impressions for each site.
