Reporting problem(?)

Today I loged in to my cj account, and I saw in the quick stats box that there is 1 new sale (actually this is the first sale that I made with CJ)

But the balance is still 0$ and when I run the transactions report I don't get any result.

Is there a delay between the sale reporting and the financial reporting or this was a bogus sale?

Any answer will be appreciated. Thanks in advance

 

There is some delays between stats panels in CJ.

Try running a commission detail report:

go to "Run reports tab", click on "Report Options"

Select "Commission Detail" and "This Month"

so click the "Generate Report" button

you may see reversed sales in red as well, if you see nothin you may try other periods than this month

I run the report that you said, and I get the order details, but with no money (all fields are $0.00)

I guess that I will have to wait some time to see what happens.

 

So there is no commission for you.

There is a Advertiser listed there? But no commission?

What is the advertiser name?

 

Also, some advertisers require that the sold product be shipped before they post the commission.

 

In this case that's not the problem as it is a service (no delivery involved)

As far as I know they post the commission 1 ~ 3 hours after the online sale. if the customer cancel or return the sale they reverse the commission (in red);

I asked the advertiser name to investigate the commission structure detail.

Also some of them has $0.00 commissions just for tracking purposes.
