Reporting Paypal to BBB

    The bbb is for making complaints, and the other party responds, or does not respond,
    and the complaint is noted, or not noted, thus hoping to help others from getting
    ripped off if they decide to look up the company via the bbb.

    in other words, that is as far as the bbb goes...

    BBB is fairly worthless. They will forward you complaint to PP then PP will have a PR person "respond" to your complaint and the case will be closed.

    You probably wont get any results but it will cost PP 20min of labor and be one more poor mark on the BBB file,

    They don't even get poor mark. Paypal rating is A+ even though they rejected my complaint out of unreasonable reason. Their reason is they don't have legal jurisdiction in my country.
