I have come across sites which are badly exploiting the adsense policy so whats the way to report them to google?

Coz they really effect the earnings of real and honest users.

An example is a page like having

health, health, health, health, health, health and many other key words and then the adsense ads.

is it good to report these kind of sites or just let google find em...

    What are your opinion.

Tell you what, the site I am talking about even didn't violating the adsense policy for any of my niche. But to promote positivity we must discourage such elements.

e.g. some one dont have a site related to health and knowing the fact the health is a high paying keyword he/she puts an adsense ad and on very next line puts a long line of words "health, health, health, health, health, health, health, health" but his/her own niche is different and site content is different.

this means he/she is illegally grabbing the most valuable ads from owners of sites which have real content.

    what do u say?

Don't worry about it and do your own thing. You are wasting your time to report. What happens is Google catches up with theses sites. They ban them, they keep all the money. So even if they game it for a while, eventually they get burned.

Maybe you should watch "Team America World Police".

You should report them if the site obviously has nothing to do with health/keyword stuffing IMO

I've even seen some "mesothelamia" however that's spelt pokemon sites

Don't worry that site is not getting any traffic or clicks for that matter anyway.

Sometimes or let's just say most of the time, they don't listen to individuals. Even their former adsense publisher who is now trying to sue them, they didn't even talk about it neither reply to the user's concern. IMO, you should put the link/s of those sites who are violating the TOS and we could report them. So that AdSense can take an action of it, immediately.

Google is more active than you, you are just worrying that it will effect on your earnings, and the payer will not worry? Google will take action if anyone will do anything against adsense policy.
