    Hi
I've recently been blatantly defrauded out of $269 by someone offering links for sale on here on a website they do not own and cannot deliver. I've asked for my money back with no sucess. Can someone please advise me how I go about reporting this and geting a refund as I can't see any sort of dispute centre anywhere. Thanks

If you pay using paypal then do chargeback against him as paypal always take buyers side. Leave negative iTrader against him here so other people take care of that.

    DON.

All deals you make on dp are your own responsibility. DP mods/admins do not get involved in dealings of users. If you are scammed, its ur fault of not dealing with someone reputable. If you paid recently via paypal, do a charge back. And all you can do is leave him a negative itrader and leave ur expeirience in his sales thread. DO NOT complain abt him in his other threads, and DO NOT make a new thread for this. This will be flaming another member and ur likely to get an infraction or even banned.

Yes thanks I have been onto paypal and it looks like I will get my money back. I was more concerned about the fact that this guy can just blatantly fraud people on this website and not get banned. I'll leave him a negative iTrader but it seems to me that when there is a clear case of fraud the person should be banned to stop them doing this again.
