    Reported Attack Site!

This web site has been reported as an attack site and has been blocked based on your security preferences.

Attack sites try to install programs that steal private information, use your computer to attack others, or damage your system.

Some attack sites intentionally distribute harmful software, but many are compromised without the knowledge or permission of their owners.

    Oh my God!

It happened after an hour I installed CPALead.com advertising on my site. I thought they were a good company.

Anyway, I deleted suspicious files, they were placed on plugins/images folder on my Wordpress installation as Webmasters tool from Google says. Files were linking to malware software I think.

When will Google remove warning from my site, will they ban my adsense account?

I'm really worried, my site is decent fan site without any illegal videos, clips or whatsoever. I just added CPALead on one of my posts to see how they convert and look what happens.

    Any help, guidance?

    Thank you

Once you request a review in Google Webmaster Tools they usually review your site winthin a few hours. If your site is found clean, the warning will be removed pretty soon (sometimes it takes a day or two though).

It doesn't have anything to do with the CPALead gateway. I have it on many high ranking sites with no ramifications.

It was probably a banner ad or something you have up serving a trojan. Some networks are notorious for that. Popunders especially.

ya also make sure you website doesnt have any third party scripts. Such as CKEditor, Joomla , phpBB, TinyMCE, drupal..etc just to give u an example. If you have 3rd party scripts like those, make sure they are updated to their most recent version, as older versions will contain security holes. Google usually takes up to 24 hours to review and unblock your site (if clean) This web site (http://www.fixreportedattacksite.com/prevent-reported-attack-site) has information that has kept my website clean after being attacked 2 times in one month. Hope this helps. Cheers
