    Dear mod,

I would like to report user mynameisdi for the following violations:

Fraud, thread bumping, shilling, lies, threats.

I would like to point out the following posts to you:

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?p=11200126

I purchased the guide that the seller sold here. The seller asked me to give a positive review via PM and I said I couldnt do this due to his guide being total crap and 100% fraud. I also posted my honest review of his method in the same thread. He PMed me and threatened to get me banned and to change my review to a positive which could possibly get me a refund. I refused since my word is my honor and I will not sell out and get a refund so that he can scam people here on DP as well as elsewhere. This is where the OP started bumping up his thread by making false accusations against me. I have been accused of offering him $5 for the guide and that I was bad mouthing him because of that. To defend myself I posted a screenshot of our PM conversation where I asked him for his paypal email address, he told me the price of $30 and my reply saying that I paid him. The OP replied to this and accused me of creating fake screenshots. He also has a shill on this thread (marketingandstuff) that is further accusing me of being a scammer from Russia and constantly bumping up the thread. You have access to my account and can see that I am only logging from 2 IP's that are US based (cable & dsl providers in NYC).

You have access to my PM conversations with this seller and you will be able to see that he is lying, his shill is lying and he has also been exposed in another thread.

This is a thread where he is trying to recruit DP members into promoting his fradulent activities. He has been exposed and I posted the link to this thread in the SALES thread mentioned above.

I have clearly illustrated that he is using fraudelent tactics which would get DP members that participate in it in serious legal problems if they reside in countries such as US, Canada, UK, etc. He claims that his method is a loophole that his lawyer friends found in Ebay / Paypal TOS. That is a blatant lie since all the Ebay / Paypal transactions are 100% fraudulent, the buyer never gets what he pays for and that can be in excess of $50. I have not reveaveld his so called method in my review but since has has been exposed by other people it is information which can be obtained for your viewing and judgement.

I posted in the other thread to warn other DP members that if they participate in his affiliate program that they would be helping him commit fraud and that the funds will be frozen by Paypal. Newbie DP members might jump on the idea and spend their hard earned money and / or traffic to test it out.

He is also trying to get me banned for honest review and my attempts to save others from losing money from his fraudelent tactics.

So I hope that the mods that read this do the right thing. I have outlined everything in a clear and concise fashion, I have nothing to hide.

Yes I saw that. My post clearly illustrates who is the bad seed, me or him. I outline everything for everyone to see. All his post was is a lame attempt to get me banned for being honest, not submitting to his threats and to warning others about his fraudulent activities.

I dont want to fight with anyone. I posted an honest review and the guy started attacking me. I do not tolerate attacks very well, especially when the attacker is wrong and can potentially cause harm to others after me. I am clearly the good guy here.
    :)

Seriously... we don't need bickering in the S&F forum - don't post here to complain about someone just because they posted about you first. PM a moderator if you have something to say to us about another user.

As I've already said in that thread, your posts in the first reported seem to be fine in line with the rules here. However, you may NOT go into other threads by that person to continue to hound them. That's thread hijacking and harassment. Keep your negative feedback to an iTrader comment and the actual deal thread you took part in where they belong please.
