Just send them an e-mail yourself and they will take care of it.. no need to bombard google w/ the same complaint
My guess is you were likely friends with the site owner and got mad and are trying to get them in trouble - why else would you care?
Google will likely do little or nothing about this but there are plenty of reasons to report these individuals - as long as you are not going out of your way to do so. 1. It devalues the program for all the participants lowering the quality to advertisers which in turn lowers the quality to publisher (i.e. less money for legit publishers). 2. Many of these people are huge spammers and anyone who runs forums gets sick of the crap these people do. I personally have to spend hours and hours each week ridding my forums of these spammers. Reporting them may result in their accounts terminated, which in turn results in less spam. I stopped keeping track of how many spammers are using blogspot as their "free" host. So yes it is a waste of time to seek out these people, but if you come across them it is in your best interest as an adsense publisher to take the time to report he occasional violator.
I agree with reporting sites that you come across. I don't actively seek them and I don't report unless the violation is obviously blatant. I find it odd coming in here and asking OTHERS to report him, though.
My suggestion is get back to work on your own website and making your own money. Report him if you like but don't waste other people's time with this stuff.
