Site for sale: http://repossession-law.com/ I am selling off a few of my sites in order to focus on just a handful. I've had several requests via PM for a starting bid and a BIN. I wouldn't let it go for less than $300. With the past few sales I've done here, most say they work around a 12-month AdSense recoupment amount, which would be $350. As far as AdSense proof, here is a grab: http://repossession-law.com/sense.jpg For now, I'm not planning to set a BIN, but I might change my mind later.
In answer to Joshril's question: I'm legitimately too busy with the handful of my sites that do all the heavy lifting. So I've sold 6 of them off already...now, this one...and I might possibly unload 1-2 more. I've simply decided that it's important to focus on the ones that are working best...and they've been being neglected while I tended to the needs of others. This site is legitimately making money. Not a lot...but enough to justify its existence. But to get the most return out of it, it needs a little more keyword study and promotion. It's a perfect opportunity for someone who wants to recoup their investment within a year for sure, but also is willing to do some more work in finding keyword phrases which apply but which can rank really well. I haven't done any of that to speak of. That's where the time investment comes in...the time I don't have to give it.
Yes, it averaged about 97 cents a day for the time it was up during 2008 (roughly 5 cents less per day). But I'm not going to post proof of that. Four months seems like plenty of track record to prove the point. There are roughly 7 hours left. If there's an offer of $300 or higher by that time, the site will go to the highest bidder. Otherwise, I'll just hang onto it.
No reasonable bids were received, so I'll be keeping the site. Thanks for the inquiries. Mods, please close this thread.
