Repo for thread reporting.

    do we get any repo if we report posts or inappropriate threads?
    if no, then shouldn't it be introduced here?
    this will in making the forum more clean.

    We are all forum members using the forum, it is part of social responsibility to report those inappropriate threads. I do not see any rep needed for doing what should be the duty of a forum member.

    I dont think its needed. If you're a member who obeys the rules and stuff, you get greenies from other members anyways!

    I am a reportaholic some days and I find that I hold back some times because I could be here all day reporting threads and posts, the PM me type threads are the most common and the PM me replies are also associated.

    Then there's the guess the number and I will give you X prize for correct guess, these are also pissing me off, can we report these ? Surely guessing a bloody number isn't a legitimate or contributing post / thread.

    Also the last pet hate is the check out this crap site and sign up under me - site is in my signature, type threads, in the same sentence these generally coincide with Get Paid To Sites.

    If the forum moderators gave rep for every reporting the the spam reports to one each other will flood this forums

    So its better to act by consious not by reward

    :)

    97791 - We give you rep if we feel like it, and don't if we don't. Simple as that.

    thsadmin - The "check out this crap site and sign up under me...." threads already violate the new rules, so definitely report them. That's equivalent to starting a thread to promote affiliate programs, which isn't allowed.
