    Just copy the template. It depends on what CMS you intend to use behind it.

    If you are just trying to set up a phishing site it's even easier, you literally just copy the site and edit the html to do whatever nefarious deeds you are up to. Stating that publicly in a forum isn't really smart though. On the other hand it's good for us to have an idea of your character.
