Replace free hosted wordpress blog to my own hosting

    Hi DP members,
    I'm trying to replace my free hosted wordpress blog to my own hosting.
    I've donwload WordPress.org software, installed php on my computer and now I should download also MySQL. Can you give me please link for download MYSQL that I need?

    you dont need to download mysql. your hosting may already have it.

    Check to see if your web host has cPanel for managing your domain/hosting. If so, see if there is a button called Fantastico. You likely can install Wordpress with a click of a button.

    I should export my blog from wordpress to my computer before replacing if I understand right.
    My blog is 2 years old.
