I had an AdSense account in France which I was told I had to close and re-open in the UK. Despite the fact that I have 11 pages, some of article length, packed with text and information, I am told my site does not comply. I simple don't understand this. Please help! My site is www.earlymusicworld.com
Adsense had an exponential growth over the years and they pretty much want premium publishers in other words "They've got no time to deal with a few bucks".
Thank you for this reply, which I understand but which does not help me with my problem. I am already trying to drive up my traffic after re-building my site Thank you for your response. No, it is a music information site, not download
Your website has lack of original and unique content. Better if you come up with site that have good and relevant content which is relative to your users and contain valuable information.
I thank you for your response and I'm sorry if it sounds rude but you are talking nonsense in saying my site does not have original content. The site has much unique content and has been running on a different host for ten years and is regarded by many as extremely valuable. My problem is that I have had to rebuild it and its following
Hi John, yes your content looks original to me. Note: I'm currently looking at your site from my laptop and my screen resolution is 1280 x 800 and the banner ads both on the left and the right are only half visible as they are cut-off past my screen resolution. I'm sure they would completely show on my Desktop because my screen resolution there is 1920 x 1080. Also, when I click on you menu and go to the specific pages your URL's look different than I'm used to seeing. Are you using WordPress? If so make sure you go into admin, settings and then permalink settings and then make sure you select the Post Name setting. This will give your sites URL's a more normal SEO friendly look. Please ignore my instructions here if you don't have WordPress. Now I would suggest you keep your content exactly as is, as it seems just fine to me but maybe try a different Theme layout again if you're using WordPress or similar. Your comply problem may be that your theme layout cuts off the ads at these lower resolutions. I'm not absolutely sure but that is my best guess. Well try this first before starting over completely as it just might work... Best of luck sir!!! Regards, James Pence
Thank you for taking the trouble to write. No, I'm not using WordPress, I'm using Wix, which I find very easy use as a builder. I've re-built my site after leaving PowWeb/SiteDeluxe, which is no longer supported. It is aggravating as it means I've lost a lot of standing with Google, with a loss of hits as a consequence. I have used an SEO booster, but it all takes time
Read ALL AdSense guidelines...after than resubmit your page: https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/48182?hl=en
It is obvious Adsense has no longer the flexibility to accept sites that do not comply with their strict standards. You will never know what goes wrong with your site, somehow somewhere your site just do not match their standards, terms and conditions. Advisable to go for other more accommodating ads companies. There are countless of long experienced webmasters/web owners who share the same disappointment as yours.
Thank you. I had more or less come to this conclusion and really don't think I can be bothered any more with Adsense
And to add to that, it is commonly understood by webmasters that if the text content in your website does not comply with Adsense Terms and Conditons, that would get you banned. One thing webmaster didn't realize is that even picture images that do not comply with Adsense Terms and Conditons would also get you banned. Why we are saying this is because it is not sufficient for webmasters to use word filters (coding) to filter out bad words, and todate, there is no way to filter out pictures (eg porn) from your website. Word filters (plugins or coding) could not detect what is in the pictures except text. In such a case, if anyone is worried about not to get banned, then the best advice is to moderate all postings and to ensure all text and especially image postings are in accordance to Adsense Terms and Conditions. By the way, we can easily google search top 10 alternatives to Adsense if we do our research well. We are sharing these useful tips so that any future webmasters or website owners may take this extra note, and be aware about it. Anyway, life has to go on with or without it. Cheers.
