What happens if someone clicks repeatadly on an ad? Do i get charged over and over again, or does adwords recognize that the same person is clicking on it, and not charge again?

    Thanks,

Yeah, that would be deemed as click fraud and all of the major SE's would be able to detect that. I'm not sure what the specific criteria is for filtering fraudulent clicks, but Google has very sophisticated ways of measuring this.

Yeah, and they can detect a bunch of clicks coming from a specific IP address(like ones coming from your competitors) and refund you on those clicks.

Actually, you needn't worry about this. This is a very normal apprehension among many adwords user.Google has
special technology to judge whether it's nomal click or baleful click. If it's not normal,it'll not charge you repeatedly.
