Renting script with content (entire site for renting)

I got an idea from the team that designed ccms. Exactly, I would like to rent the script instead of selling it.
The guys from CCMS are really smart and I simply love the idea.
So, what I want to do is to rent a script that I designed a few months ago for personal use. You can see it in action at www.eversuri.ro.
Renting the script means that you won't be able to download the php files on your PC, instead the script runs by itself on our servers. You pay a monthly amount for each month you use the script. You can pay in advance or pay monthly.
The advantages? You get a high quality script that is unique and the best from the market. The support is impecable: just a PM or mail away - I will even give you my personal phone number
How it works: You request one of the 2 monthly plans which you can pay monthly or in advance. I create an account for you. This includes: CPanel user and pass for the hosting, script admin username and password.
I will host your script on my servers, take a look at it everyday and see if there's something wrong with it, I will fix it immediately. You just sit back and watch the money flow in: you can place your banners on the site and earn money.

Here are the script features:
Admin login system
User login system
Admin can: activate autoapprove for some/one/all of the users, delete users/admins, add admins, approve lyrics, change password, give the adcode to the server which banner tags to use, browse lyrics and users.
Also, only god admin can delete the other admins.
User can: submit lyrics, rate song, download lyrics, print lyrics, add to favorites so they can be read later on, change password.
Visitor can: browse lyrics, rate songs, download lyrics, print lyrics.
Advanced search capabilities with search by all or by name, or by title or by album. On the search page, you can see the most searched terms that appear in bigger fonts.
Advanced selection methods on viewing lyrics include: "more lyrics from this artist" and "more lyrics from this album" buttons.
Browsing lyrics can be made by letters or by numbers.
FULL SEO done. The script is built from the start with SEO in my mind. Combine it with a 3 years old domain, add 200 links and get traffic boosted.
Slick interface showing newest lyrics and top 10 on home page and also built with images from deviant art members, with their written permission. The also got paid for the images. If you want to I could build another skin on demand, for an extra fee.

15$ per month

The database has over 400.000 lyrics, and these lyrics will appear on your site with the 15$ per month plan.
If X site and Y site uses this database, the changes made by X will appear in Y website too. Please remember that only artist,lyric,and akbum info is placed in common, users and passwords and so on have a different database.
Pay one year in advance for plan A and get a .info domain for free
Pay one year in advance for plan B and get a .com domain for free
If you would like a unique design fir your script, it will cost you 50$. The design won't be selled to anyone again.
If you would like a unique design that I can give it to the others, it will cost you 25$.
If you would like an existing design, it will be free.
If you would like extra hosting features, tell me.
As a customer, you can tell me what to improve, and also if there are bugs in the script.
Future versions will include ajax search, top submitters, ip ban and so much more.
Also, if I create a new version, You will be upgraded to the newest version free of charge, upon request.
Payments must be done at least one month in advance, and can be made via Moneybookers, Wire and Western Union.
Your account will become active in 48 hours since the payment was received.
