Renting PTC sites???

Hi! I own 2 PPC sites, but am extremely busy, with my GPT site, image hosting site, auction site, and mmorpg site on the way it is hard for me. Plus being th esales rep for over 200 e-books doesn't help 1 bit. And I have a life too so basically, I have no time to manage my ppc sites, and I don't want to sell, what do you guys think about renting them? The person gets 100% profit, pays a small fee per month, then you get back to the site in say 6 - 10 months, and boom everyone wins! What do you guys say? I worked hard on my sites and could never sell them, or do you think I should hire someone and pay on a commission basis? But who would I hire? I know noone I think is good with PPC!

Thanks guys, First I get rid of all old ads, then I will try to rent the sites out, they generated a ton of hits per day for th eold adinistration, I hope to have 50 ads up, thanks for your help
