Renting Email Lists for EMarketing - Is this a good idea ?

Hello everybody, I sell 2 herbal breast enhancement products, for my sales I use adwords and Overture. This goes great for now, the thing is I always recieve emails of diffrent herbal products and sometimes I have clicked to see what they look like.

I would like to know if I should rent some emails to make a mass email marketing campaign, do you think this works, I would like to know if these kind of campaigns have good conversions, if so , does anybody know any companies that are reliable ??

Sounds like pointless spam to me...I would recommend that you make a quick video for both products and then put it up on YouTube(now GoogleVideo) and build two mySpace pages and embed the videos there with some text and links that point back to your site.

Lots of young women hang out on YouTube and mySpace. I would assume that if they wanted this enhancement they would try your products before resorting to surgery. Read around DP for ways to push users from mySpace. YouTube will probably naturally bring a lot of traffic on its own over time.

They play a lot of these kind of commercials on the local teeny-bopper/modern pop/rap stations. The advertisers keep buying commercials, so it must be working for them.

I just had a funny thought if you are not too proud and feel a little adventurous...you may want to play with this to see if it works.

You may even want to hang out on some transsexual forums and see if you can lurk around for a while, post a couple of times and put the links in your sig.

It may be a whole new wide open market for you!

 

Pointless. The filters are so tight today, that all the list owner is gonna do is take your money.

You're better off paying someone that already has your target audience to do an endorsed message to their list.

Email marketing for that type of product may be useless.

It's also a great way to get your mail an server on bllacklists.

I know I've opened every single viagra and cialis email I 've received(note sarcasm).

 

Ok, so that wont work for me, apart from payperclick advertising for these products, do you know any other way ? Any advertising company that I could hire ?
