It's undetermined. It will be different depending on the webmaster who decides to hire me. I'm very flexible.
That makes no sense. Why would the rate be different for two different webmasters if you are doing the same thing for them???
If someone hired me specifically saying they're rarely going to need any services other than just SEO and mini sites being built, I would consider only charging them $200 a month versus a much higher rate if I were to anticipate lots of intense PHP coding, and so forth. I don't want to over charge anyone, hence why I'm looking to analyze their needs before we come to an exact agreement. I think it's a friendly way to help save my clients some money.
