OK guys be careful here, you notice the example given is for a large chunk of cash!! Theres a reason for this. The minimum you will need to invest is $300 plus, example :-

Investing $200 of your hard earned cash:-

$200.00 Invested

$300.00 Returned

$100.00 Revenue Earned

minus $100.00 Fixed Expense (rent)

$0.00 Profit




Investing $300 of your hard earned cash:-

$300.00 Invested

$450.00 Returned

$150.00 Revenue Earned

minus $100.00 Fixed Expense (rent)

$50.00 Profit


So you have to tie up a big chunk of capital in the hope you get some profit back. It may be genuine but your being given the impression that you can invest $100 plus and make a profit when you clearly cant!!

I would never participate in such a deal But given your good standing here and the fact that I can afford this, I will give it a whirl. So let me get it right. The $100 rent is a sunk cost to me. I make the 50% profit only on the additional investment I make right?

e.g.
I invest $150, i.e. 100 rent + 50 investment. I get $75 back, i.e., 50% loss
I invest $400, i.e. 100 rent + 300 investment. I get $450 back, i.e., 12.5% profit

Is that how it goes, and is that what you are guaranteeing? Given all the PayPal fees and other costs, I think this program would start working out how returns only around $1000, i.e.,
I invest $1000, i.e. 100 rent + 900 investment. I get $1350 back, i.e., 35% profit

In fact, as worked out by a member earlier, the breakeven seems to be $300, i.e.,
I invest $300, i.e. 100 rent + 200 investment. I get $300 back, i.e., breakeven (minus transaction costs if any)

Tell me if calculations are correct and we will proceed. Just as an aside (and this is not a necessity), let me know if you would accept a barter for your $100. You could choose from any of my sales threads

Yes I would say it would only be profitable for those who can afford to spend in excess of $500.00 per month for traffic / leads who will sign up under your ebay usa affiliate link.

In developing the offer I had to take other business considerations that I am obligated in currently.

It is not for everyone unfortunately as much as I would like time constraints and management time come into play.

I've done similar to what he is doing here on deals of $10,000. It all comes down to cashflow. If he takes on 10 people he's making $1000 per month. In order to make $1000 per month on the #'s he's provided he would need to invest almost $700 then wait on a check. My guess would be he doesn't have the cash to outlay up front right now. This goes for anyone in the world, the numbers will just vary by person.
