    Understand the numbers people! $50 investment should yield at least $75....so in other words, Total Return - Initial Investment = Profit

    This works our to be: $75 - $50 = $25 Profit!

    Bear in mind, 100% return on investment (ROI) means "Break-Even"...in other words, no profit, no loss!

    Probably not but that rent amount changes all the calculations here.

    Please correct me if I'm wrong:
    There is a $100 RENT (?!) and the term you call "investment" is separate, so if I invest $200 it means that I paid $200(RENT+INVESTMENT) but $100 of it is considered as RENT and not investment so the guaranteed amount is $150 and I lose $50 in total.
    If I invest $300, which mean I pay $300 out of my pocket, $100 is RENT and $200 is the term you call it "investment" so based on 150% guaranteed ROI, I will get $300 in total which means nothing ( $300 - $300 = $0 profit )

    Talking about ROI, I think you should include the RENT in investment and recalculate the number based on that because that is a part of the money being paid to you so it is an investment otherwise what else the buyer (or renter) can do with rented website?

    I guess it's all in how you look at it..
