Hi there, I was thinking of joining the Rent A Coder affiliate program because I think I could get a lot of coders/home-workers joining up to their website via mine. I'm just wondering, would I get rewarded for getting new "workers" to join the site, or does the affiliate program only reward you when you get new paying "customers" to join the site? (By this I mean website owners who are looking to hire people etc). Thanks for any help
