Removing limitations from my paypal account .. help

    I need help to remove limitation from my paypal account
    i verified it but it got limited because i forgot to turn on hotspot shield
    [my ip is from Egypt] while the account is linked to USA address

    the one who unlimit it can have all the money in there [about 5 bucks]

    or we can make a deal or something

    the limit can be lifted by fake address proof and someone in this forum does such work
    but he's off atm

    Well, People make fake Paypal accounts and join DP just to get thier accounts resolved. And see you also have just posted two posts in this thread only. :p

    First of all, why you made a PayPal with fake address??
    And even if you use fake proof, PayPal will soon limit your account again.

    So, better use a PayPal with your real address.

    read their terms and conditions
    don't cross them

    Go and contact the customer support

    There is a slim chance that it will be unlimited.
    And my advise for you is just ignore the account coz $5 is not worth for the trouble.

    I think IP is not a issue with Paypal.
    I am using a Paypal on a different address (my friend's) but I am using it to withdraw to my own local bank account.

    Is your Paypal unverified? I think this is the issue here and not the IP thing.

    Perhaps you could check the case No. and contact paypal customer support. My account was limited once and it really took sometime to get that resolved. Paypal has been quite strict, but if you play by their rules, they are not that difficult :)

    paypal deducts so much money ,

    as some time it charges 3 $ for services , some time 5 $, even it counts too less value of $. other then this withdrawal fee.

    i do not understand how much we have to pay for a signal receiving payment .

    can any one help me for this

    What are the requiring steps to lift the limitation by Google? Can you try to follow them and hand-in the documents?

    I cant use any real address because i am from Egypt
