removing/editing a thread for privacy reasons

Hi! I haven't used the boards recently but realized that DP posts get cached in search engines Can any mods tell me if it's possible to remove/edit a particular post- or even just a few words, for business/privacy issues ? It seems that the "edit" option is no longer available on the threads after a given period of time. Thanks!

 

We don't edit posts because you don't want things in Google, b/c you didn't want a link posted after the fact, etc. Be more careful posting in the future - never post anything your don't want there for good.
