Removing Background Noise From Video

I have 3 avi files that have some annoying fuzzing in the background throughout. I'm aware that I can remove this ambient noise by extracting the audio and modifying it with a program called Audacity, but I'm having trouble finding a suitable program to piece the video and the new fuzz-free audio back together without a loss in video quality (whilst also keeping the filesize the same as before. The filesize and lengths of the videos are as follows:

    Video1 - 62 mins - 639mb
    Video2 - 43 mins - 657mb
    Video3 - 27 mins - 400mb

I'm happy to pay for someone to do this for me. I'd like the files to be in avi and pretty much the same size as before with no loss in video quality and as good as you can get with the audio after removing the fuzz (or getting the worst of it out). Reply with quotes here (or even some advice if you have any!) and I'll get back to you.

    Thanks!

you may get a video editor help you, I'd like to recommend AVS Video Editor to you, I always use it to edit video and make funny video for uploading to Youtube, it's easy to use and the quality is awesome, you can crop, cut, join, edit video with it easily. It also embeds many special effects, you can even add text to video or add background music, that's pretty cool. It worth a try
Hope it helps. Contact me if you have any other question
