    The site is barely a month old and is already ranking on the first page of Google for several keywords (see attached Google Webmaster screenshot).

    All the content found on the site is 100% unique.

    The site only features 1 commission junction ad (which has generated 2 sales to date) but a lot more work needs to be done.

    The site has 0 backlinks and is already ranking on the 1st page. A few directory submissions, a few PR3-PR4 backlinks and it will catapult into the #1 position in no time.

    The site has tremendous revenue potential: iPhone accessories (screen protectors, cases, apps, etc.)

    This was just a side project that I don't have time to complete.

    The site is hosted on WordPress for easy maintenance and updates.

    I have 3 potential buyers but none of them are responding back so I'm letting it go to the first person that BIN.

    The BIN price has now been lowered to $50 which is my best offer.
