Removed Functions.php file from FTP and lost all WP-Content folder...now what?

    Yes I removed the functions.php file and the whole wp-content folder disappeared. How can I restore/recover everything?

    I have hostgator as a web host. Can I restore from the cpanel?

    Why don't you just reupload back the directory? Don't you have any backup? Or use the original theme files instead.
