How much effect do you experience, like your organic traffic from Google?

I'd guess because the site has no unique content.

make sure you don't have a virus on your website. Check each and every single page.
Post on google webmaster forum and an employee will answer why you were banned.
    wait 3 months and comeback.

Possibly your linking to malware for downloads or something. This usually pisses google off!

I guess, your competitor has filed a spam report against your website. After a quick look on your website, your text size looks like a blatant attempt of fooling the search engines with its large font size. Just format your text with right font size and file a reconsideration request after that.
