Remove Web Template From Footer\Header Graphic Files

    Dear Digital Point Users, will someone please help me to remove part of my web template from my footer and header graphic files? Here is my footer file http://postimg.org/image/4pbthbzq3/

    I have seen a tutorial on how to remove all white space from a background using photoshop, but unfortunately when this is done by me, it reduces the quality of my logo, as well as my avatar characters a little bit, please take a look below here to see what has been done with my own attempt

    As such, what would be best for me is if someone can remove that template segment that is shown in my footer and in my header as I have attempted to do myself, and as you yourself will see also if you just look at the URL that is pasted above, but unfortunately, it is not being done by me in a way that is optimal and so if someone else could help me accomplish this task than that would be fantastic.
