    you can use (display:none;) Css code for hide this, or you can find side far html and remove it, if you cant don it, please send your demo link i can help you

    Use Firebug to locate this specific code, then got to the HTM theme and remove the left sidebar's code.
    Or just switch that code off using <!-- AS -->
