Mutual respect is essential for all religions to live in peace with each other. I totally agree with you on that.

I dont see why you people are finding it difficult to understand that we would never

-First of all I dont see how posting the picture of prophet mohammed PBUH is ever going to do you any good unless your doing it just to get us angry.
-Asking you to respect islam is way different then asking you to abide by its rules, our religion tells us that all muslim women must wear the hijab. Did any muslim ever ask your wife or sister to wear a hijab ?? did you ever come across a petition to force all women to wear the hijab, or what about alcohol ?? were you ever sitting in bar and a muslim popped out of nowhere and asked you to throw it away ??
All we are asking is that you respect our religion just as we respect yours, I have never seen any muslim disrespect anyone's religion.

Last point is that religion unlike politics is a very sensitive topic, the least thing you can do it to try to state your opinions in a proper adult respectful way.

firstly, it's the height of arrogance to assume that islams feelings were at all a factor in the posting of the image. This may come as a shock, but the world doesn't revolve around muslims and their precious feeling.

Then stop asking people to abide by islamic rules. in islam the depiction of mohammad isn't allowed, wikipedia isn't islamic so this rule, or any other, doesn't apply to them.

you must be new to planet earth.... enjoy your stay.

so walk on egg shells to protect your fragile feelings? i don't know if you are aware of this but nobody has ever died from being offended. i suggest you and your religion grow up, stop being so sensitive and get over it.

You have many posts but you are stupid in saying this.. I guess when it comes to religious its kinda sensitive issue and it will create unacceptable response from others..

People like you is the one who keep the world suffer, war here and there.. and its because of your writing to tell people not to get angry what so ever is really showing how below from average your educational level comparing to me..

Even Pope is respecting Islam.. Well, i love pope by da way!

    cheers!

The only unacceptable response is the religious thinking they are entitled to tell other what to do. I will keep saying it until you grasp this simple concept; Nobody cares about your feelings and nobody is obliged to follow your rules. it's as simple as that, Get used to it because it's not going to change.

Lol yeah you sound like a real smart apple.

Freedom of speech or blasphemous insult. There is lot of difference between two.

You are free in your country it does not mean you are free to kill anybody. There is always a limit. Danish newspapers are crossing limits by publishing Cartoons(ASTAGFIRULLAH) of Prophet Muhammad(PBUH).
    They must be punished.

For some cartoons? Maybe we need to learn how to laugh at ourselves sometimes. Blasphemous insult is not a death sentence in Denmark.

im talking about moderate muslims, not extremists

the fact that you cant discuss something without offending someone shows who needs to grow up..

IMHO I don't see why moderate Muslims should get angry about this. They can choose not to visit Wiki if they deemed it blasphemous. You have not done as described below for eg asking someone in the bar not to consume alchohol. But the same should apply to Wiki, since it is areligious, you should not be forcing your views on them.

Taking for example about alcohol, you shouldn't be going to the bar in the first place.

This kind of statement is what can turn people away from Islam. I think when people commit violence in the name of Islam, they are disrespecting themselves and their religion.

I would agree with you. I do not see that sort of views as moderate in any sense of the word.
