remove some url in google database

    You can remove it from the Google webmaster tools. There is an option to do that. You may also do it disallowing your unwanted urls in the robot.txt.

    But that doesn't remove already indexed url isn't it?

    Yes, it does remove the indexed URL's. You clear your entire site from the Google's index without much trouble.

    Login To Webmaster Tool > Site Configuration > Crawler access > Remove URL > New Removal Request > Choose Appropriate Option and You are Done With.
