Remove Paypal Sending Limitations

    I want to remove my sending limitations,, Ther were removed earlier when I had newly applied for the account. But now, they are back again.

    The thing is I do not have a bank account or a credit card for which I can verify my account..

    I told the paypal earlier about this and they removed it without any hesitations. Now, they are asking back again..

    what do I do..?

    I had $$ in it.. now how can I get those..

    in trouble.. need assistance

    How did you get them to remove it initially? Doesn't seem like something they would do

    THey did that.. and now on the phone tell me it was a one time curtosey.. now I do not understand why did they place it back,,

    ITs still not fair.. when I opened paypal the first thing I did was to get that limitations removed.. now they did that ... and when there was some amount in it.. they went for placing the limitaitons back again..not fair..

    Why don't you withdraw money within your limit? More over, Switch over to any other payment processing methods.

    I cannot withdraw at all.. they have put the limit to 0.00$$..

    and why would they do it; if they removed it in the first place..
    this is cheating..
