   You can remove them from Add/Remove program, Just uninstall it

   Here do it in registry.
   
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\... Explorer\Extensions
   
   Do delete the whole child folder you don't like. OK.
   
   Go to see how do i guard my windows registry.
