Remove malware from wordpress site

I have a wordpress site that has been infected with some malware. I do Google Webmaster tools and it shows me the "suspected Injected code" but I have no idea how to go into the sql database and find it to remove it. If you have done this or you know how to make sure the site is 100% clean so I can tell Google then shoot me a PM that you can do this.
