Remove border cell columns???

    Hey all - just wondering does anyone know how to remove and/or change the column colour or borders?

    I'm a beginner so this is my sketchy site:
    http://homepage.eircom.net/~egoman/mysite2.html

    has 1 main table with 3 columns - I want to remove the column borders from the center cell - any suggestions?

    Oh and does anyone know how to make my menu on the left 150px wide?
