Remove account

    What is the proper way to delete or remove an account? I have cancelled various accounts but they still show up when I run invoices even if there is no balance and I have to manually delete them all before doing the credit card run.

    What's the status on the account set to? It should be Canceled if it's a canceled account.

    Yes, the accounts say cancelled but they still show up everytime I generate invoices.

    Check your invoicing preferences... specifically the Invoice Canceled Accounts setting.
