removal page from webmaster tool can use for another website?

Hello

I have one website having few pages

website not works well and i have removed all pages from that site from google webmaster tool

now i have those pages to use in my another website
can we use that pages for another website and is google index those pages to my another website within few days after submiting sitemap?

or after removal pages from webmaster tool those page can not use for 90 days more????

Yes you can use it to another but there will be some itchy happen with se
