First of all I don't think you should link to this spammer
that is what they wanted in the first place and they won

about wordpress yes its a very popular cms and many people
will hack it in order to be able to do things like this
updating to the latest version will greatly help avoid hacks

Even simple sites with with forms and php are vulnerable
I have had one of my site getting thousands of porn links
in the index.php (was on a shared server)

Solution was to chmod 666 all the .php files and directories
(if I remember correctly)
