I am the owner of a successful web-based software company that has grown quickly. I am looking to hires a sales person, but have had trouble doing so locally. I was wondering if someone can suggest a way to find someone who would be willing to work from home (full time, or very close to it) and answer sales emails, phone calls, etc..
