Remote Desktop (Auto disabled)

So I have recently taken over management of a windows server.

Every few weeks I have to KVM into the server, in order to enable Remote Desktop... It keeps automatically disabling its self.. I am guessing this was a security measure of some sort taken by the former manager of the server...

Does anyone have any idea what would cause the server to automatically disable RDP every few weeks?

Is the server part of a domain? I know of a group policy that can be pushed but it would need to be refreshing the policy to keep changing. Another thing to check is if the servers firewall/antivirus application is doing this. Some applications have deep control over the computers and can adjust settings.

Is it setting to Disabled or just higher security?
