    I am probably not understanding correctly and I mean no disrespect, I have read most (but not all) of this thread, and I know I probably wouldn't trust my hosting to SameerHosting, but by canceling their WHMPHP license, are you saying "unprofessional behavior and verbal abuse" is against your TOS?

    I understand the software is being licensed and you have a right to protect your licenses. I am sure I am missing out on the big picture, but my worry is how does one decide what is considered unprofessional and abusive?

    I visited sunshellhosting.com and it looks awesome and the WHMPHP software is a good idea as well.

    With so much hosting competition, I feel (hope?) most people would handle their customer service in such a way that is considered professional and would never run into a problem like this.

    I do hope those running SameerHosting can get together to create a healthy environment and resolve conflict also in a healthy way that is good for all parties involved.

    I didn't say that I was certain that it was from someone at their work. Sure IP spoofing is achievable, but, there's always clues that people leave behind.

    Your mail server was abusing resources, and directing attacks at the LiteSpeed server. Radon Systems, like any other business, is always attempting to improve their services.

    What exactly do you mean that you were able to stop his DDoS attacks within two minutes?
    Do not address me as a child, simple not just is it disrespectful, but I do not take to impertinent or patronising tones.

    I have recieved a complaint from Jordan's family regarding the phone call. I advise you to stay clear of the family.

    I will be working specifically at SameerHosting to find out what's going on, and to improve customer service.

    First off, My server is my server, not yours, how could I have been abusing your resources? Do you understand what I am saying?

    Secondly, I have never talked with his family on the phone. I don't know where you are getting your info but its obviously not from them.

    Thirdly, I was able to stop his attacks towards me because I blocked all of the IP's he was using to attack me.

    I talk to you in that tone because you know what this company has done to me and many others, its childish and you are letting it happen, which is childish as well.

    Up to this point I have not retaliated in any illegal manner and have only complained on here and talked to his family. You can make up all the lies in the world but they are not the truth.

    Go ahead and threaten me more, they are empty threats and will get you nowhere as they are from baseless lies.

    Firstly, it is not your server. The server remains the property of the datacenter, which in this case was BurstNET.
    Secondly, either Jordan's mother (assuming from the email) or you is not telling the truth.
    Just becuase a company has screwed up, does that mean that it is no longer eligible for any respect or infact support?

    I have not threated with and will not threaten, only advise.

    Jordan has been doing all of these tricks for a long time.

    Getting suspended from Santrex and loosing clients data - all because he mouthed off abusivly to Santrex.

    To refusing clients refunds under their money back policy, as he did not have enough money in his account.

    To DDOSing other companies when they say things against them, such as Lenohost - a rival RDA provider.

    To offering nulled scripts and more.

    Something you might want to see, from his MSN status, note his "extra" line. I'm not breaking any privacy by posting this as this is the listed SUPPORT MSN on Sameerhosting, if they allow that it is truely amazing, especially on their OFFICIAL SUPPORT msn.

    I am not talking about a server through him or bursnet.

    I have all chat logs between me and his mother saved. I also have all logs with me and his brother saved. I am not lying.

    The company has put me in a bad position and has not compensated me for all of this. I should be paid to handle all of this crap! You are not being professional and you are not trying to make this right. Instead you are making up lies about me publicly and not even trying to privately contact me and fix this.

    I can confirm the DDoS attacks. Jordan has attacked us quite a few times in the past for speaking up about his company.

    Nathan says:

    I have put Jordan on leave from the management of SameerHosting, and again, Radon Systems apologises for the losses incurred as a result from being a customer of SameerHosting.

    Oh, did you know that Jordan doesn't actually own Sameerhosting too?

    His server got suspended due to non payment, I think it was with EUKHost.

    He then bought the .co.uk domain and transfered all of the clients.

    Ok, so since you have put him on leave and you seem to be in charge, how may I go about getting my refund. This is not cool that I need to ask this on a public forum but you have left me no other choice. What he has done is wrong, you know that. He has put me in a tight spot financially and it is indirectly your fault for giving him free reign over your company. :(

    I can confirm this as well and actually have chat logs and e-mails with EUKHost about this matter.

    Right, due to the fact that all the payments were paid to the appropriate datacenters, I am not in a very position to offer a refund at this moment, however, the only way I can compensate you before the 10th May is to offer you a VPS not with SameerHosting, but with urVPS.com, which is owned by Radon Systems, but a separate entity of SameerHosting.

    I think you need to make an announcement/apology to all customers of SameerHosting via the main site and or e-mail to let them know that Jordan is no longer working for you. That is really the only way myself and others will know that he is no longer with you as he loves making up new identities.

    Correction, Jordan does still work for SameerHosting, however, I have placed him on temporary leave for him to calm down. When he does return, which will not be for one month, at least, I will be closely monitoring his conduct, but I will still be there in the management.

    Public Apology

    I apologise to everyone who has incurred losses. Amends will be made where possible.


    However, in the mean time, if you would like a premium VPS service with urVPS.com, you can PM me with the specs, and I will personally deal with you as your account manager.

    It might be in your best interest to let him go and find someone who will no longer cause these problems. I can guarantee he will do the exact same thing the minute your turn your head. However, that is your choice.

    I will keep everyone informed about any compensation I receive and will publicly let you know if things were made right between myself and Radon Systems.

    Oh god, from the stuff I just got on MSN from Jordan is way unprofessional and I don't know how you can allow him after this, I'm not going to post it on here is its personal about Raidz.

    To say the least, for some reason unknown to me, he has posted his personal details (full name, address, phone number) from their billing system, then posted edited pictures with certain genaltalia on a picture of Raidz head . . .

    I'll forward the information to Raidz and ct2k7 now.
