Thank god this guy got banned, one of the most POOREST hostings I have ever purchased in my internet marketing career. Support is so unprofessional that it DISGUSTS me.

I have been asking them to install an application for me for 3-4 days and all this guy does is asks for the source of the application to verify if its legal or not.

When I message him on live support, he terminates the session after hearing my issue. When I message on MSN, he goes offline .. WHAT THE HELL??!?!?!?

I opened a ticket yesterday to register comdlg32.ocx .. Come ON! THAT TAKES A FEW SECONDS!! He ends up asking me questions such as: what programs need this? where did you get the programs from?

Then he ends up confusing my ticket someone else's ticket with mine and tells me that 'he is installing installatron instead of fantastico' on my VPS.. Dude, do you think I'm a noob?

I am so glad this guy got banned - he definetly desrved it .. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE HOST!!!!

 

For security reasons, I'd need to know what application requires comdlg32.ocx, and he does have the right to ask where you attained it. For all he knows, you could be compromising the security of the server and therefore causing damage to the business..

 

yep totally agree with ya ct2k7 ....also i have rda and master reseller with sameerhosting and have to say that the support and quality of hosting and support i have found is superb.......they go beyond the required amount expected of a support staff and they are always helping me with my issues....

I ask for installation of mirc and when ask this I say also why I need it! than after 3 minutes the mirc is on!!
The problem is that the people like you make the server down because think that they are only one that use it!!! respect other people ... last week I used winrar and I start 5 trheads and CPU go to 99% but I dont see it so after 5 minutes the admin send me a msg that the cpu is hight for my fault... and I stopped all the rar and I start them 1 for 1 in background....
RDA on a server is a mini community where all are respct others


For me the service is GOOD but please admin not accept guy like saadahmed007
