    hey,

when I restart my remote server (win 2k8) how do I get it to allow me to re-log in remotely?

currently if I restart it, it just sits at this screen that say hit ctrl+alt+delete and I have to manually hit ctrl+alt+delete to show me any user choices.

if I restart remotely, then I'm locked out, until I get back in front of it..

    Hi,

I haven't had much time to play with Windows 2008 Server but if it is anything like Windows 2003 server these instructions should work:

Click Start -> Run and type "services.msc" without quotes.
Find "Terminal Services" in the list
    Right Click and select "Properties"
In the "Start-up type" down down box select Automatic.
    Click ok.

Actually server 2008 is giving far more better support than 2003. In 2003 you have clt+alt+del menu, but in 2008 you reach at a graphical menu just like what you see in windows XP and this happens even if you connecting from remote place using MSTSC.
