Remote Cron Job Service?

    Do you think there is a market for a service that allows users to setup remote cron jobs? IE: A website where users can login and add a cron job for their website?

    If so how useful or popular do you think it would be?

    There is already lots of remote cron job sites. I think, most of the people who uses this services, are using either free hosting services, which doesn't have any cron job option on their cpanels, or they are the people who doesn't have any idea about cron jobs on cpanel.
