Remote Access

    Not sure if anyone is familiar with Logmein Pro. It's an incredible service.

    Is there an off the shelf software product that does everything they do? I know there is tons of remote software products but something as close to that would be great.

    It's not so much the price so it can be commercial product but really don't like depending on ASP products as in their case they had several hours of downtime yesterday.

    Thoughts?

    Tried logmein and found it to be crap.

    Remote access from MS is fantastic. I use it with all my clients without a hitch. There's nothing you can't do.

    Well, a couple of the features that makes it great

    - Remote printing, this isn't the norm. When the client computer has a print, I can print to that from the remote computer.
    - File transfer.
    - No firewall configuration, don't have to open anything up.
    - 256 bit encryption.

    I "don't believe" that remote access has this.
