I see two advertising on the site. if we buy it is there any contract for those? Can we remove them and put our own? If not how many months contract is left? what was the sale price?

What script is it running? Will we be able to modify the front page? If i buy I need to make some modifications to the site. Is it possible to send SMS alerts to people outside US?

It's not just an e-mail notifier, its a unique script with a members area and custom API for people to use aswell.

Its a valid PR3 with inner PR2 pages, it recieves traffic and also has been featured on many websites, it is of course unique and custom coded, and exclusive rights will be handed over to the buyer.
