    that's obviously the case as no sane person would use that many locks...the question is...did the bike owner get punked by one of his friends :D

    All those locks look to be worth more then the bike itself.

    THey're probably all the variety of kryptonite lock that can be cracked with a straw. Would be great if the guy came out and found it stolen.
