    This is a site I started nearly 5 years ago, and after a few months of adding pages here and there I just went onto other things.

    I have never built backlinks, or done any other SEO in any way or form, never tried to get traffic to it, but it gets traffic anyway- I just forget about it, it earns around $30 per month of Adsense and one or two affiliate sales per month, usually a hair related one, occasionally acne or arthritis.

    I wouldn't sell it because it is no work to leave it sitting there but I need to raise money for a new project.

    I would hope the buyer wants to develop it- after all it is nearly 5 years old and established - justs needs a bit of LTC!

    I have never used Google Analytics with this site, but I can send screenshots from Adsense/Stat counter is anyone is interested.
