    I want to target all those visitors in facebook who visited my website through adwords.

    is it possible to retarget adwords/bing visitors in facebook?

    Unsure if you can retarget previous visitor from Adwords. You can setup retargeting campaign on Facebook through pixels:

    The ones who visited your website and did nothing.
    The ones who added your product to their cart but transaction isn't completed.
    The ones with completed transaction.

    Cache days is up to 180.

    You can't do it unless you already had a facebook pixel installed on your website pages before you got the traffic.
